TJ Glahn, holding bell, is with teachers, aides and students. Glahn is Hope Group’s clinical services director for the area.

What: Ben’s Bells promote kindness and community involvement. Each week a person who makes Tucson better is “belled.”

Last week’s recipient: TJ Glahn.

Nominated by: Brie Seward.

Why: For her work with children with autism. Seward said Glahn has been working with her son, who has autism, and he is “thriving.” “Dr. Glahn serves our autism community and knows how to help our children,” Seward wrote in her nomination letter. She works with preschool students to prepare them for kindergarten. “She gives everything she has to this program and the kids in the classroom,” Seward wrote.
