Savannah Guthrie posted a new video Sunday evening on the 2-week anniversary of her mother's disappearance.
"I wanted to say to whoever has her or knows where she is that it's never too late," she says, speaking slowly and looking tearful and weary.
"And you're not lost or alone. And, it is never too late to do the right thing. And we are still here."

Guthrie, the host of NBC's "Today" show, begins the video posted to her personal Instagram page by saying, "It's been two weeks since our mom was taken. We still have hope and we still believe."
She ends it by repeating, "We believe. And we believe in the essential goodness of every human being. And it's never too late."
Investigators say Nancy Guthrie, 84, was abducted from her Tucson home in the early morning hours of Feb. 1. An armed, masked man was seen on surveillance footage at her front door.
In the latest development Sunday in the investigation, the FBI said DNA has been recovered from a glove found near the home, and that the glove appears to match those the man was wearing. Also, on Friday, the Pima County Sheriff's Department said DNA other than Nancy Guthrie's and those in close contact to her was collected from her property.
Savannah Guthrie's new message is the latest of several heart-wrenching videos in which one or more of Nancy's children — Savannah and her siblings Annie Guthrie and Camron Guthrie — have pleaded for their mother's return.
Nancy Guthrie, a retired University of Arizona communications professional, is "a kind, faithful, loyal, fiercely loving woman," Savannah said in an earlier video.
