Tucson police personnel were dispatched to a serious-injury pedestrian collision on the city's south side Saturday night.
Irvington Road between Liberty Avenue and 9th Street is shut down for at least the next few hours, said Sgt. Pete Dugan, a police spokesman.
Drivers should use an alternate route.
