Tucson police officers are asking for help identifying a woman who robbed a U.S. Bank inside a Safeway on the west side.

In the June 7 robbery, the woman approached two bank tellers and demanded money inside the store at 2140 W. Grant Rd. She fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money, police say.

The woman is believed to be in her 50s or 60s, 5-feet-3 inches tall and weighs around 200 pounds. She was last seen wearing a plaid long sleeve shirt, black scarf and black sunglasses.

Anyone with information is asked to call 88-CRIME, an anonymous tipster line.
