The intersection of East Fort Lowell Road and North Mountain Avenue has re-opened after a collision seriously injured a bicyclist Monday morning.
An adult male bicyclist is in the hospital with life-threatening injuries, said Tucson Police Department Sgt. Kimberly Bay.
