When it comes to giant-sized food in Tucson, Lindy's on Fourth has long been thought of as the go-to spot, in part because of its 2009 appearance on the television show,Β β€œMan v. Food."

And while Lindy's is still serving up huge burgers, a few other Tucson spots are also getting some recognition for their larger-than-usual menu items.

"These spots have you covered whether you’re a competitive eater, foodie, or just a pure glutton," Best Things Arizona says in its list of the 10 best places for "BIG" food.

Not to be outdone, Lindy's ranks first on the list, with a reference to its legendary OMFG burger, made up ofΒ six half-pound meat patties, one pound of cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and Lindy’s special sauce.

A few spots down on the list is Oregano's, which has two locations in Tucson and features "epic-sized portions of Italian staples" as well as jumbo salads and deep-dish pizza.

For breakfast lovers, Tucson also has Bobo's Restaurant, which Best Things says looks like any other hole-in-the-wall but dishes up "some of high-quality comfort food with some seriously large portions," including gigantic pancakes.

The last Tucson spot to find itself on the list is Tania's 33, which Best Things says is home to the "biggest burrito known to man: The mighty B. Rex." Made up of carne asada, guacamole, sour cream, beans, rise, cheese, pico de gallo, green chili, lettuce, and potatoes, The B. Rex requires five tortillas to hold all the goodness inside.
