East Pima Street has reopened after a serious pedestrian collision shut down the street between North Wilmot Road and North Alamo Avenue Tuesday night, police say.

Shortly before 10:15 p.m., officers were dispatched to the incident. The road was closed until 2:20 a.m. Wednesday, according to Officer Ray Smith, a police spokesperson.

The driver stayed and cooperated with the investigation.
