Snow on the Santa Catalina Mountains

It's cold out there this morning, and many parts of Tucson has received overnight or early morning rain– up to a half-inch in some areas.

Mt. Lemmon received 1.6 inches of rain before it briefly turned to snow, producing only a few inches before it stopped.

The gusty winds whipping around town will taper off this morning, as will the rainy conditions in eastern areas. But don't expect it to warm up today! We're expecting an overnight freeze before temps pick up a few degrees tomorrow.
