2019 in Tucson and Arizona starts with snow

Tucsonans woke up to the new year with colder temperatures and snow covering higher elevations around the city. Officials predicted a freeze for the Tucson area Wednesday morning and a hard freeze across Southeastern Arizona both Wednesday and Thursday mornings.
