This grainy surveillance video shows a gunman in the upper left corner just before he ran across the front of a house near West Ruthrauff and North La Cholla Boulevard on the evening of Sept. 28 firing several shots from a handgun. No one was wounded.

Investigators say they hope home surveillance video helps them find a gunman who fired several shots into a home last month on the city's northwest side.

Just before 6:45 p.m. Sept. 28, a man is shown on video firing multiple gunshots into a house in the 4800 block of North Sullinger Avenue, near West Ruthrauff Road and North La Cholla Boulevard, the Pima County Sheriff's Department said in a news release.

On Sept. 28, 2025, just before 6:45 p.m., deputies responded to reports of shots fired in the 4800 block of N. Sullinger Ave. When they arrived, they found a home and several vehicles had been struck by gunfire.

Witnesses say a man wearing black clothing exited a vehicle, fired several rounds from a handgun, then fled the area. He was last seen driving away in a red or maroon four-door sedan with visible damage and black wheels.

Thankfully, no one was hurt.

The house and multiple vehicles were struck by gunfire. No one was injured.

Witnesses told deputies the gunman exited a vehicle and fired several rounds from a handgun, before fleeing.
