The first baby born in Tucson in 2019 was born nearly two hours into the new year.
The baby girl, named Amberly, was born at 1:56 a.m. at the Women’s Center at Northwest.
Amberly is the first child to her parents Jennifer and Brian. The hospital would not provide the parents’ last name nor give details about the baby’s length and weight.
Amberly is the first grandchild in her family.
