The unusual home Cathy Wertz and Randy Clark built on cliff-side land they purchased in 1984 is featured in an article on forbes.com noting that the property is available for $1.5 million.

A news article in the Star in 2007 noted that the cave house and related property in the Mule Mountains was being put on the market for $2.7 million, nearly double the current asking price.

The 45 acres is discreetly tucked into the oak and piΓ±on canopy.
