Customs agents in Nogales seized three handguns hidden in an SUV that was crossing into Mexico.
On Wednesday, agents at the Port of Nogales sent an Audi SUV to a secondary inspection, where they found three handguns with magazines hidden under the vehicle's front seat, according to a press release from Customs and Border Protection.
Officers found two 9 mm Berettas and a .38-caliber Colt. The driver, a 37-year-old man, was turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Homeland Security Investigations.
