Customs and Border Protection officers arrested a Nogales, Sonora, man after finding about five pounds of meth strapped around his midsection and his calves.

The CPB said officers at the Mariposa crossing in Nogales stopped the 26-year-old man on Dec. 23. No drugs were found in the man's truck, but officers found the meth, worth about $15,000, strapped to his body.

Officers seized his vehicle and turned the man over to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Homeland Security Investigations.
