Six people died and 13 were injured when a gunman opened fire outside the Safeway store at Ina and Oracle roads north of Tucson on Jan. 8, 2011.
Former U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords was holding a "Congress On Your Corner" event on Tucson's northwest side when the attack occurred. She was seriously wounded.
