Volunteers from Tucson Electric Power began hanging Christmas lights along N. Christmas Ave. on November 30, 2018 in Tucson, AZ. for the upcoming 69th Annual Winterhaven Festival of Lights scheduled to run from Dec. 8-Dec 26. TEP is wrapping the Allepo pine trees. Cox cable will wrap most of the remaining trees on Saturday.
