Workers assemble the Flying Dutchman ride as preparations are underway as the University of Arizona's Spring Fling returns to campus for the first time in 15 years. The event, which began in 1974, starts Friday, April 11 through Sunday, April 13. It is the 40th anniversary of the largest student-operated carnival in the country attracting over 25,000, according to its website.
