Tucson police re-opened a portion of South Park Avenue Monday night after removing a suspicious vehicle.
The avenue was open to traffic shortly before 11 p.m., said Sgt. Kimberly Bay, a Tucson Police Department spokeswoman, in a tweet.
Richard Robillard, 57, was arrested for trespassing on a critical public service facility, Bay said.
Police were taking Robillard to the Pima County jail, said Bay.
Park between East Ajo Way and East Palmdale Street was shut down to traffic for about four hours.
