The Pima County Sheriff's Department said a man was fatally shot on this property Monday, Feb. 20, 2017.

A man was shot and killed Monday on Tucson's south side.

The Pima County Sheriff's Department's homicide unit is investigating the fatal shooting on the 10400 block of South Epperson Lane, department spokesman Dep. Ryan Inglett said in a news release.

Saul Saucedo-Zavala, 37, was pronounced dead at the scene, Inglett said.

The area where the shooting occurred is near Old Nogales Highway and East Summit Street.

Inglett said deputies responded to the address for a report of multiple shots fired around noon.

He said the suspected shooter is a man in his 30s, who was last seen driving a small, gray pickup truck. He was wearing a gray baseball hat and T-shirt.

The house is tucked away about 100 yards from Epperson Lane.
