Pima County Sheriff's deputies are looking for a suspect believed to be involved in multiple robberies around Tucson, most recently on May 12.

Authorities are investigating a Thursday morning robbery at a southside convenience store, believing that the suspect has been involved in several other robberies around the Tucson area.

At about 9:30 a.m., Pima County sheriff's deputies responded to the Circle K at 5818 South Palo Verde Road, to investigate a robbery, said spokesman, Deputy Ryan Inglett.

A man entered the store, told the clerk he had the gun and demanded money, before fleeing the scene.

Detectives reviewed surveillance video from the store, and believe the same man could be responsible for other robberies around Tucson, Inglett said.

The suspect has black hair and a black beard, standing 5'7" to 5'10" tall and weighing 150-170 pounds.

Anyone with information about the suspect's identity should call 911 or 88-CRIME.
