A 19-year-old man was arrested Tuesday in connection to taking a photograph underneath a woman's skirt at a northwest-side Walmart, authorities said.
Judah Jordan was booked into the Pima County jail on suspicion of surreptitious recording, a felony, said Deputy Courtney Rodriguez, a sheriff's department spokeswoman.
On April 8, deputies responded to Walmart Supercenter, 7635 N. La Cholla Boulevard, in the Foothills Mall to a report of suspicious activity, said Rodriguez.
Deputies learned that a man was seen using a cell phone to take a photograph underneath a woman's skirt, Rodriguez said.
Detectives in the adult sex crimes unit identified the suspect and Jordan was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon, said Rodriguez.
