The Pima County Sheriff's Department arrested Micah Schaad, 33, on suspicion of burgling several homes in the Catalina Foothills area. Detectives suspect Schaad is the man caught on surveillance video crawling around the floor of a house on Oct. 9 in what appears to be an attempt at being covert.
