Eight community members will be inducted into the Sunnyside Unified School District Alumni Association’s Hall of Fame.
They are: Evelyn Craft, a retired music instructor; Buck Crouch, the district’s governing board member and Sunnyside High School alumnus; Debbie Edwards, special education teacher; Robert “Bobby” Jaramillo, a JROTC instructor, former board member and Sunnyside High School alumnus; Frank Morales, the district’s security director; Harry Parks, head custodian at Ocotillo Early Learning Center and special Olympics coach of 45 years; and Mary Jane Santos, retired principal of Elvira Elementary School.
A ceremony will be held at Gallego Intermediate Fine Arts School, 3700 E. Alvord Road, on Nov. 7 at 5 p.m. Tickets are $50 per person. For more information, call 256-9300.
