A Flowing Wells Junior High School teacher was recognized as an outstanding Latino teacher.
José “Chach” Snook is one of four Arizona teachers chosen by Chicanos Por La Causa to receive the 2016 Esperanza Latino Teacher Award.
The four teachers were chosen based on their ability to inspire students of all backgrounds, active involvement in their schools and commitment to their communities.
