Peter Laing is the new chief deputy for finance and operations at the Pima County School Superintendent's Office.
Laing, who has had a 27-year career in education, served as interim CFO for the past 15 months. Before joining the county superintendent's office, he served at the Arizona Department of Education in a variety of leadership roles.
