U.S. Air National Guard personnel install a section of bollard fencing in Nogales Arizona in 2007. The bollards are being installed in order to allow water to flow through the area, where previously storm water would wash debris up against the border fence, putting it in danger of being pushed over. Repairing and building fence has been a major contribution by the national guard in the Nogales area, according to Border Patrol public information officer Marlan Holland.
