Bringing all the comforts of home with him, Jesse PiÃąa, seated second left, watches people walk by while in his portable living room before the start of the Tucson Rodeo Parade on Feb 23, 2017. PiÃąa, who had arrived at his spot along the parade route yesterday, built his shelter two weeks ago. After watching the parade for 18 years he decided to bring his home with him. He has two couches, a television, microwave oven, DVD player, heater, a couple of roll away beds and more. He left his refrigerator because it did not work. A.E. Araiza / Arizona Daily Star
