The iconic 5151 E. Broadway office building has three new tenants, a barista and fitness center.
Progressive Casualty Insurance Co. of Tucson leased 8,141 square feet. Thomas J. Nieman, Molly Gilbert and Richard Kleiner, with Picor, handled the lease.
Adequate Funding LLC leased 1,022 square feet for a merchant services company offering payment processing to small and mid-size businesses. Andrew Keim, Thomas J. Nieman and Molly Gilbert, with Picor, handled the lease.
Summit Funding leased 1,499 square feet as a satellite office to their Phoenix location. Molly Gilbert and Tom Nieman, with Picor, handled the lease.
Tucson Coffee Cricket’s innovative barista opened at the end of summer, and owner Suzi Becker, a native Tucsonan, serves her seasonal craft coffees along with fresh-made spritzers and baked goods from local cottage bakers. Dedicated parking for customers is available on the upper parking deck.
Renovations on the fitness facilities will offer a larger workout footprint, with 15-foot ceilings, exposed duct work, LED pendant lighting, a single-user unisex locker room and changing area. It is scheduled to open in February 2024.

804 E 10th LLC bought 10th Street Apartments, a 12-unit complex at 804, 814 and 858-870 E. 10th St. for $1.6 million. Allan Mendelsberg and Joey Martinez, with Picor, represented both parties.
Rita Salad LLC bought a lot at Las Plazas at Old Vail, 10071 E. Old Vail Road, from OVP Development Co. for $835,000. Aaron LaPrise, with Picor, handled the sale.
JNS Real Estate LLC bought 3.33 acres of land at 4635 N. Kain Ave. from Victory Assembly of God of Pima County AZ Inc. for $700,000. Rob Tomlinson and Paul Hooker, with Picor, represented the seller. Kelly Doty and Tony Reed, with Long Realty Co., represented the buyer.
QN Market leased the 2,382-square-foot former Circle K at 401 S. Alvernon Way, next to the Double Tree hotel, to open a convenience store. The landlord, Larsen Baker, was represented by its broker Isaac Figueroa.
Dale and Cricket DeNunzio, doing business as Sunny Days Gifts, Décor & More, leased 880 square feet at the Rancho Center, 3400 E. Speedway, to open a retail shop and event space. The landlord, Larsen Baker, was represented by its broker Isaac Figueroa.
