El Presidio de San Agustin, foreground, is a military garrison that dates back to 1776, where women from Spain and Mexico kept house and cared for families in the fort. A walking tour developed by the Arizona Women's Heritage Trail leads walkers along famous areas of downtown Tucson that involved women.Â
