Watch now: Tucson Police release footage from Aug. 20 officer-involved shooting

On Aug. 20, Tucson Police officers in plainclothes were working in unmarked cars in the area of 29th Street and Swan Road when Zachary Oscar Lee, 26, approached Sgt. Lorence Jove. After a brief interaction between the two, Lee fired shots at Jove, prompting him to fire back. Lee then ran to a nearby apartment complex where he was found and arrested. Lee was treated with non-life-threatening injuries. Jove was not hurt in the incident.
