Dashboard video of trucker who crashed into police cars

Through Arizona's public-records law, the Arizona Daily Star was able to get access to the dashboard video of a truck driver who crashed into three police cars and two firer department trucks while using his cell phone to look at Facebook in May 2013. The impact killed Arizona Department of Public Safety Officer Tim Huffman and the truck driver, Jorge Espinoza, was convicted of negligent homicide and sentenced to six years in prison.
