A Florida woman waded into chest-high floodwaters to search for the mother of a stranger who lives on the other side of the country. She was able to send her a photo of her mom smiling โ safe and sound.
Ian has dropped from a hurricane to a post-tropical cyclone as it moved across South Carolina.
