People in trailers with no swamp coolers on this day of 115 degrees in Tucson, really? While the responsibility shuffle is danced in the air-conditioned offices of our state legislators, the Palo Verde Corridor, where these conditions exist, the unprotected renters and taxpayers are left to fry in tin can trailers with no swamp coolers or air conditioning? Really? This the best that can be done? Are they waiting for some to die?
