Re: the August 18 article "Conservation, good weather mean no CAP shortage in '17."

The headline seems to tell us all to relax Β we are conserving water and our weather has been good. Yet, within the article, a policy advisor from Western Resource Advocates strongly suggests what we need to do to ensure adequate future water for Arizonans. We will be facing a major water crisis soon unless we actually put into place strong conservation methods today. If you are concerned, contact your local leaders. Demand that we immediately institute strong conservation programs in our communities. Go to the website Protect the Flows and learn more about water issues in Arizona. The headline was misleading – read the article. It's time we act.
