I worked for Truly for 17 years in the Training Department, with great pleasure and admiration. His company is customer service based. Customer Service was Number 1 with Truly. I had great pride working for Truly Nolen.
When at a pest control conference or industry gathering, if you said you worked for Truly Nolen, competitor employees would be so impressed and would want to know about how it was working there. Truly Nolen of America had a reputation for being the top Pest Control company in the country. And with good reason.
I learned so much from Truly himself because he was a man who not only talked the talk but he also walked the walk. I am so sorry to hear of his passing, as he was a great leader and mentor for me. He was a great innovator and industry leader for Pest Control as a whole.
