If Arizona wants ANY qualified employees to offer to employers (whom, Gov. Ducey says, will flock to Arizona with taxes low enough), this idea is preposterous! In general, I believe, young adults just don't have the life experience to make decisions like dropping out of school before they can even hold down a job like flipping burgers. Laws such as the one Rep. Mosley is proposing would send Arizona even more into the backwater of US states (which, sir, from living so long nrar the shrinking Colorado River, you must appreciate.)
