The fire that killed 19 members of the Granite Mountain Hotshots not only took lives, it also caused millions of dollars in damages to property. The lightning-sparked fire, which spread to at least 2,000 acres amid triple-digit temperatures, destroyed 200 homes and sent hundreds fleeing.
