French city asks Madonna to loan back artwork lost in war

The mayor of the northern French city of Amiens has launched an appeal to international super star Madonna, asking her to loan the city a painting which she owns and that experts believe may be the same as one that disappeared from Amiens in 1918, at the end of the first world war.
