Some Pima County residents are crying foul on Monday after finding that the Arizona Secretary of Stateβs website did not list Pima County polling locations.
Many locals, including state Sen. Steve Farley, were greeted with an error message when they attempted to use the website after entering the voter information.
Matt Roberts, a spokesman for the Arizona Secretary of Stateβs Office, said the website was updated Monday afternoon.
He blamed the Pima County Recorderβs Office, saying the county did not provide the polling information to his office.
A pop-up screen on the secretary of stateβs website had warned voters that the information provided is supplied by each county and suggests those who canβt find their polling place should call the county recorderβs office.
Pima County Recorder F. Ann Rodriguez said her office as well as the Pima County Elections Department have online resources to find the proper polling locations for Tuesdayβs special election.
Farley, a Democrat, still put the blame on Secretary of State Michele Reagan.
Saying her office is ultimately responsible, Farley noted this is third voting problem Reagan has had since taking office last year.
