Tucson City Council Member Karin Uhlich interviewed by the Arizona Daily Star

Uhlich said the city is trying to address homelessness and also the impacts of the homeless on the broader community.
It also OKs higher golf fees and an employee buyout program.
"I will fulfill my next 18 months of service with sustained energy and focus," she said.
