Decades after war, Vietnam vet reunites with nurse
- Updated
Toby Van Skike was wounded while serving in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He never forgot the nurse who cared for him at the 71st Evacuation Hospital in Vietnam. His nurse, Frances Cappadocia, went on to serve as a nurse practitioner for the U.S. Air Force for more than 20 years. Now, she has been diagnosed with a severe case of post-traumatic stress disorder and Alzheimer's. Finally, in January, Van Skike found her.
