The hateful and racist "comedy" at the Madison Square Garden rally for Trump was obscene and I would condemn it if a Democrat or any other candidate had held it. If those "jokes" were told at a comedy open mike event, J.D. Vance would be right, get over it. But it was at a rally for a Presidential candidate, which means that the candidate being promoted agreed with the presentations at his rally. That was Donald Trump. The organizers of the rally had invited everyone who spoke, had vetted what they would say, and agreed to it. After the obscene message was delivered all the Republicans are trying to run away from it. That's as hypocritical as you can get.
