Thanks, Arizona Corporation Commission! We can all now just stop paying our electric bills for four months without fear of getting our service cut off! Thanks also for giving us another four months after that to catch up the payments! That sure helps with budget planning. Not having to pay electric bills in the summer from now on will be a real treat.
