Last week my eighty+ year-old politically independent friend got the "bird" from a driver in the next lane and immediately traded in his 100% American non-polluting Tesla for a foreign hybrid electric/gas-guzzler. To this finger-flipping Tucsonan; congratulations you made your point and won but I’m sorry that you are consumed with hatred. Whether it’s burning crosses to suppress uppity Negroes a hundred years ago or burning or keying Tesla automobiles to intimidate 2025 car owners, Democrats are once again on the wrong side of history. Ironically most of us Tesla owners bought our cars before Barack/Hillary voter Elon Musk switched political sides but the past and the future are of little concern to these ideologues. They are no longer the party championing clean energy, only today’s righteous cause is important.
