In this era of fake news, how can your community poll be touted as "the collective opinions of Southern Arizonans" without more information about survey methodology easily available? The Star does the community no favors when it presumes to report on collective opinions with no scientific basis for generalizing to the community at large, based on 1400 self selected respondents. The panel is not in place. When it is and when it is validated as representative, then report how we feel. We are having a hard enough time in deciding what to believe these days - we count on quality journalism that includes quality surveying.
