I don't think that an ex-felon that committed armed robbery should be in a position to purchase materials while employed at a local municipality. I feel this is totally unethical. If this person is still denied gun rights I don't see them being trusted with access to purchase materials. Especially after seeing the City of Phoenix arrest a man for stealing over a half a million dollars worth of copper.
