McSally's announcement was all grand-standing and look-at-me horn-blowing. A lot of fluffy hot air and a complete waste of time to read - critically and shamefully short (to the point of non-existence) of specifics. In the iconic words of that old lady from the hamburger commercial in the 80's: "Where's the beef?"
Put up or shut up, Congressperson. We already know you like to brag. Show us the beef.
