Colombia strengthens border with Venezuela after US strikes

After US strikes on Venezuela and the capture of Venezuelan leader Nicolás Maduro, Colombia has deployed a heavy military presence to the border of Colombia and Venezuela. CNN’s David Culver reports from Cúcuta, Colombia.
