Trump 'open' to meeting with Venezuelan interim leader a week after capture

On January 11, Donald Trump said his administration was working well with Venezuelan interim leader Delcy Rodriguez and that he would be open to meeting with her, in a small respite since the capture of Maduro. But for many Venezuelans FRANCE 24's James Andre spoke to on the border with Colombia, the expected change away from Maduro's regime has yet to come.
