Feeling it is a part of their heritage, fellow Marana High School student Alexis Kring and Malachi Miller, both 16, talk about the Confederate flag on the back of Jesse Lagois's pickup truck in Marana, Ariz on Dec. 20, 2016. Freshman Dyllon Fraser, 15, is on the far left. Lagois has permission to park his 1986 GMC Sierra Classic on private property across from the school. Lagois was told by law enforcement that as long he is parked far enough away from West Emigh Road he was not in violation of the no parking restrictions. A.E. Araiza / Arizona Daily Star
